issued notice yesterday that it will remain private and closed to the public.

Mr. John Faiella, manager of Butterfield Executor and Trustee company, said the HBL Wilkinson Trust property, south of Blue Hole Hill, had been mistakenly included by Government in the new park area that is part of the largest tract of wilderness on the Island.

"Government does not own the HBL Wilkinson Trust property,'' Mr. Faiella said. "It shouldn't be linked to these new property acquisitions by Government. We're concerned that people might feel they have a right to go there.'' Mr. Faiella said there was concern about the legal ramifications of a member of the public getting hurt while on the Wilkinson property.

On Friday, the House of Assembly approved measures to buy the 2.8-acre Russell Dismont property at Blue Hole Hill and the 11.5-acre HH Outerbridge Trust property next door.

The Wilkinson and Walsingham Trust properties lie immediately to the south of the Outerbridge Trust property.
