Minister Paula Cox will lead off the debate for Government, with Shadow Michael Dunkley stating the Opposition view.
In the afternoon, the House of Assembly will debate the Development, Opportunity and Government Services portfolio, headed by Terry Lister and which includes the Commission for Unity and Racial Equality and the Base lands in its scope.
Shadow Minister Allan Marshall will reply on behalf of the Opposition.
