John Arthur Cook -- who appeared before Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner with a bandage over his left eye -- pleaded not guilty to wounding John Edward Cook and damaging a door at their Texas Road home.

Mr. Warner released Cook on $1,000 bail and suggested that he find somewhere else to stay.
