The Bank of Bermuda is suing Telecommunications Minister and lawyer Michael Scott.

The writ, filed on Tuesday by Conyers, Dill and Pearman, said the matter was in his capacity as Barrister and Attorney and Partner in the law firm Browne and Scott.

Neither party was available for comment.
