David Lines will now be the chairman of PricewaterhouseCoopers, the name of the merger. Tom Conyers and Tom Miller are co-managing partners.

In Bermuda the merged firm has 12 partners and employs about 150 people. In a press release the firm stated the merger makes it the largest accountancy practice on the Island.
