Burglars hit homes in three parishes

Homes in Sandys, Devonshire and St. George's fell prey to burglars on Monday.

A thief got into a house on Malabar Close, Sandys, between 3.30 p.m. and 7.45 p.m. and took a 26-inch Panasonic flat screen TV.

Another burglary affected a home on Christopher's Close, Devonshire, between 8.30 a.m and 7 p.m. Jewellery, cash and a BlackBerry cell phone were taken.

Cash and jewellery were also stolen by the culprit who broke into a house on Ferry Road, St. George's, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.

None of the houses was occupied at the time.
