The couple found guilty of killing their baby daughter in June will be sentenced on September 24.

Dr. Amenemhat Waset Amen-Ra Tamerry, 48, and his wife Maatkai Hatsheput Tamerry, 36, were found guilty of the manslaughter of ten-month-old A'Maya in a unanimous Supreme Court jury decision.

The pair, who were represented by Mark Pettingill during their trial, have found new counsel with Mr. Tamerry represented by Darrell Clarke at yesterday's arraignment session and Mrs Tamerry represented by Elizabeth Christopher.

Appearing for the first time at yesterday's session was a 28-year-old Pembroke man accused of seven charges including serious sexual assault, two charges of entering a dwelling house with intent to commit a felony, grievous bodily harm, assault causing actual bodily harm, common assault and robbery on June 10 this year.

The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded not guilty and will appear for mention at the November arraignment session.

A 22-year-old St. David's man, who also cannot be named for legal reasons, will appear at the November session after denying sexual assault, deprivation of liberty and assault causing actual bodily harm on May 26.

Eli Rashid Hill, 29, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm on March 11 this year. He has been remanded in custody until October arraignments when social inquiry and psychiatric reports will be presented.
