Woman denies $1,500 theft

A St. George's woman denied stealing more than $1,500 from a tobacco company.Seanee Stacy Smith, 20, of York Street, pleaded not guilty in Magistrates' Court yesterday to stealing $1,591 from Cassia Tobacco Company.The defendant was bailed in the amount of $1,000 with one surety to appear for trial in November.
