TG International Investments Ltd. president and chief executive officer Glynn Shouldice confirmd that his firm had formed a joint venture with Dawnay, Day Hotels Ltd. of London which has been incorporated as Dawnay, Day Hotels (Bermuda) Ltd.

Mr. Shouldice told The Royal Gazette : "The recently formed joint-venture has received a surprising number of requests to buy the 18 luxury condominiums on the top floors of the five star all-suites hotel to be built at the Par-La-Ville Car Park in Hamilton.'' TG International Investments Ltd. will pay for the $60 million dollar development of the top-class business hotel which will consist of 140 suites, each with sitting/working room, bedroom and bathroom and the 18 condominiums -- which will have full hotel service.
