Police this morning named a man who died in a marine accident as 40-year-old Shane Kelly , of Old Road, in Hamilton Parish.

A Police spokesman said: It appears that a few minutes after 7 p.m. yesterday Police responded to a report of a marine incident at Green Bay Road, in Hamilton Parish.  Members of the community saw a man in the water by the Green Bay Dock in a non-responsive state and as a result the emergency services were called. However, the man was pronounced dead by an on call physician at 8.30 p.m. Foul play is not suspected.
