Argent Classic Convertible Arbitrage Fund (Bermuda) Ltd. redomiciled its operations to the Cayman Islands In mid-August, a Bermuda Stock Exchange press release said last night.

The company now carries on business under the Mutual Funds Law (2003 Revision) in the name of Argent Classic Convertible Arbitrage Fund Ltd.

The Class A, B and C Shares of the Fund will maintain their listing on the Bermuda Stock Exchange under the Restricted Marketing provisions, the BSX said.
