Breaking News: Woman arrested in Emerald Financial probe
A 45-year-old woman was arrested this morning in connection with an ongoing probe into Emerald Financial Group.
Police issued a statement today, describing the events as part of “an active investigation” into the local investment firm.
Said a spokesperson: “Recognising that this investigation is likely to generate considerable interest from Emerald Financial Group customers, the Bermuda Police Service has consulted with the Registrar of Companies and the Bermuda Monetary Authority and agreed that all such enquiries relating to the company assets should be directed to Charles Thresh of KPMG.”
