Insurance Institute's (BII) next breakfast seminar.

The seminar, slated for 7:45 a.m. on May 10 at the BII training centre on Cedarpark Avenue, will feature guest speakers Mr. Malcolm Butterfield and Mr.

Kymn Astwood.

Mr. Butterfield is the Registrar of Companies, while Mr. Astwood is an Inspector of Companies in the Registrar of Companies Department.

The seminar is recommended for: senior managers, captive managers, underwriters and intermediaries, as well as bankers and accountants.

The seminar will focus on how the new regulations, under the Insurance Amendment Act 1995 which came into force April 29, will affect Bermuda's managers.

The regulations set standards and outlined four classes for the Island's insurance companies.
