Travellers and incapacitated voters can cast their ballots for the Sandys North by-election today. Voting takes place at Somerset Primary School, Gilbert Lane from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Voters who will be off the Island on March 4 will have to get a certificate of absence from the Parliamentary Registry office which will be open until 8 p.m. tonight for that purpose.

Proof of travel must be provided. Incapacitated voters must apply for a medical card issued by the Chief Medical Officer at the Hamilton Health Centre, Victoria Street. The cards will be issued between the hours of 10.30 a.m. and 12 p.m. today.

Voters must show up at the polling station with proper identification, which includes a passport issued by a Commonwealth country, a Bermuda Drivers Licence, a Bermuda Voters card.
