Teen denies bat charge

A teenager has denied possessing a knuckle-duster and a bat in public.
Miguel Cabral was charged at Magistrates’ Court yesterday with two counts of possessing an offensive weapon.
The offences are said to have taken place in Devonshire on August 25.
Mr Cabral, 17, of Devonshire was released on bail until his trial on November 28.
