Business Administration from Iona College, New York. She entered the insurance business in 1980 with FBH and in 1985 joined A&A as a broker in the Greenwich Connecticut office. She is responsible for the placement and co-ordination of insurance programmes with Bermuda-based markets. Mr. Timothy J. Proctor has been appointed as senior casualty broker, joined AIISL in 1990 as a casualty broker. He graduated from the University of Bristol in England in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Politics and hold the Bermuda Insurance Diploma.

He qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 1988 and joined AIM in March, 1989, as an account executive. He was promoted to assistant vice president in May, 1994. Ms Louise Matheson has been appointed as an assistant vice president, financial services. She is a graduate of Simon Fraser University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Vancouver, British Columbia in 1988. Prior to joining AIM in May, 1989, she worked for Coopers & Lybrand, Vancouver office for four years. In May she was promoted to assistant vice president.
