The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index yesterday reached new record heights after Bank of Butterfield shares inched forward again.

The index rose 2.89 points or 0.09 percent to 3,160.23 after Bank of Butterfield gained ten cents to close at $44.25.

The only other company to change share price was KeyTech, the owner of BTC and Logic, which gained five cents to finish at $12.05, but traded just 300 shares.

The index traded 6,421 shares worth $234,186.50.
