Applications Board approvals last week.

The Board gave Park Place Limited the go-ahead to add four storeys to the Harold Hayes Frith building on the northeast corner of Par-La-Ville Road and Front Street.

The Board awarded the company Planning permission but advised that before construction begins it apply for a building permit.

It also advised Park Place to enter into an agreement with the Corporation regarding encroachment over Front Street.
