HWP has been named the number one auto dealer in the Caribbean region according to the Nissan N-CAM programme.

Each month and on an annual basis the company is closely monitored by Nissan on a complex scoring mechanism covering three key areas, namely operational areas, new car marketing and sales, and after sales.

Tony Martin, senior vice-president of auto sales, said: "To maintain our franchise, we need to adhere to the Nissan N-CAM programme.

"This is a management process that ensures we reach the highest standards of professionalism. With us being scored on 327 different standards, we are constantly being monitored so that we are surpassing our customers expectations."
