Maxwell Roberts is led from Magistrates Court Tuesday morning.
A 42-year-old man appeared in Magistrates' Court yesterday and denied allegations of impersonating a Police Officer four times in the same day.
Maxwell Sinclair Roberts, 42, of no fixed abode, pleaded not guilty to impersonating a Police Officer with intent to deceive at the Commercial Bank, Bank of Bermuda, BF&M and Woodbourne Chemist all on May 9.
Acting Senior Magistrate Juan Wolffe gave Roberts $3,500 bail with one surety, three times weekly reporting conditions and ordered him not to return to the banks, BF&M and pharmacy. He will appear in court for trial July 17 and 18 and is represented by Elizabeth Christopher.
