Company Ltd., Mr. Alfred Oughton has been named president and chief executive officer.

Mr. Oughton, who was previously managing director of the company, will have the same responsibilities. The company is simply changing job titles, a spokesman said. Mr. Oughton has been working for Belco for 36 years.

The changes also have Mr. Garry Madeiros and Mr. Eugene Cox MP becoming senior vice presidents.

Mr. Madeiros, who has worked for the company for seven years, has been named senior vice president in charge of finance and administration. He was previously the deputy general manager in charge of finance and administration and the treasurer.

Mr. Cox has been named senior vice president in charge of engineering and operations. He was previously deputy general manager in charge of engineering and operations. Mr. Cox has worked for the company for 29 years.
