Mr. Raymond Tannock, who has operated the Crawl Hill Esso Service Station for the past decade, and his wife Mrs. Debbie Tannock, have negotiated to assume control of the Richmond Road business on July 1.

Mr. Fred Pereech is the current operator of the business, Esso's largest retail facility. He took over the operation of the former Masters Ltd. Esso service station, and continued as operator after its transformation into the 24 hour service station and convenience store.

Mr. Pereech is part of the management team that includes Mr. Jason Souza, which now owns the wholesale and retail businesses of the Donut House.
