Company Ltd., which owns the Henry VIII restaurant, are being offered for public sale.Investment company First Bermuda Securities, which is underwriting the issue, has contacted potential investors on the Island and has accepted "indications of interest''.

Investment company First Bermuda Securities, which is underwriting the issue, has contacted potential investors on the Island and has accepted "indications of interest''.
A letter which FBS sent out to prospective buyers stated: "The stock is selling in one hundred lots at $8.50 per share and yielding a reasonable 9.375 percent.'' At $8.50 per share, the offering places a total value of $4.25 million on Long Botham.
The company is owned by Mr. Andy Allan, Mr. John Ferris and Ms Philippa Metschnable.
Neither the directors nor First Bermuda Securities would comment on the offer yesterday, preferring to wait for a press release due today. PHOTO Mr. Andy Allan.
