so that volunteers and council and committee members can get better acquainted and discuss their aims.

The programme will be divided into four sessions starting at 9.30 a.m. on Saturday, November 14, and ending at 6 p.m. with two breaks in between.

There will be a special lunch at Stonington Beach Hotel and following presentations by each committee and council head, there will be a short question and answer period.

"Regretfully Mr. Alwyn McKittrick, originally a member (and ex-Trust director), stepped down after performing the matters for which he had been responsible,'' Mrs. Hall added.

Members who want to attend the conference are urged to register in the next few days if they have not already done so.
