Former Police Sgt. Alistair Johnson will repeat his solo ride of 1991 when he -- then at the tender age of 60 -- completed the journey from one end of Great Britain to the other in 14 days.

This time he will have company in the shape of Harrington Hundreds Grocery butcher Stephen Gair.

They are aiming to raise money for the Lady Cubitt Compassionate Association and the Committee of 25 for Handicapped Children.
