Bermuda CableVision hope to begin digital TV service in St. David's and St. George's next month. The service promises hundreds of new channels, including music channels, impulse pay-per-view, better quality visual and audio quality.

New boxes will replace the current ones but CableVision Operations Manager Alan Smith could not say what price the new equipment or monthly charges would be until the Telecommunications Commission gives approval. Digital service will then be installed throughout the Island.
