Antoine Herbert Anderson, 21, Kenshone Berkeley and Zikoma Parsons, both 19, were cleared of the grievous bodily harm charge by Magistrate Archie Warner.

The court heard they attacked George Pavy between 10 and 11 p.m. on December 24, when he forced his way into their friend's house on Valley Heights, Devonshire.

But Mr. Warner said Mr. Pavy's injuries only supported a charge of actual bodily harm.

And the magistrate said some of Mr. Pavy's evidence was "untruthful''. Mr.

Warner said Anderson, of Wellington Back Road, St. George's, Berkeley, of Curving Avenue, Pembroke, and Parsons, of Devon Springs Road, Devonshire, acted in self-defence.
