Foul play has not been ruled out after the body of a 47-year old man was discovered in Paget yesterday.

It is believed a forensic pathologist will be arriving on the Island today to take part in an investigation into the matter, although Police spokesman Dwayne Caines last night declined to confirm this.

Mr. Caines also refused to release the man's name, saying family members had yet to be told of his death. An announcement would probably be made today.

The body was discovered in a derelict house on Valley Lane by the owner of the building yesterday morning. “Police are appealing for anyone who may have been in the area of Valley Lane and noticed anything suspicious to please contact Chief Insp. Stuart Crockwell in the Serious Crime Unit,” Mr. Caines said last night.
