Tillman Darrell was raised in Middletown, deep in the heart of Pembroke. His interest in politics and serving the community started at a young age, having joined the United Bermuda Party at the invitation of the then Premier Sir John Swan.

Tillman served as Deputy Chairperson for the UBP for three consecutive years (1993 - 1996). He also served as a Committee Member of the National Youth Council and as President of Young United Bermuda in the mid-1990s.

Tillman attended High Point University in North Carolina on a soccer scholarship (1996 - 2000) where he achieved his Diploma in Architecture. He then pursued his interest in Information Technology and attended intensive IT training courses in Toronto, Canada. He is currently employed as a Network Engineer with Telecommunications Engineering and Consulting Services in Bermuda. Tillman is passionate about identifying and resolving the root causes of the social and economic problems happening in Bermuda and, in particular, his constituency. His goal is to work with people in his community to make sure grassroots issues are eradicated and hope for the future is restored.

Mr. Darrell is an avid football fan and an extremely talented player. He has been a key team member of various football clubs in Bermuda since his childhood. He currently plays as a striker for the North Village Community Club and is looking forward to a repeat victory for his team this season.

A Plan for Pembroke South East

* Enforcing rent control laws and expanding affordable housing opportunities.

* Ensuring assistance gets to low or single-income families for basic needs such as groceries, school fees and public transportation.

* Ensuring students are well equipped with proper school supplies and attire.

* Creating Bermuda Regiment-Bermuda College links that Regiment recruits can use to prepare for the future.

* Enlisting the help of companies to provide college scholarships for students from low or single-income families.

* Ensuring the Government gives school teachers the resources and support they need to help our students succeed.
