Former top Bank of Bermuda executive Alan Richardson is the new chief executive officer of Logic Communications.

Logic owner KeyTech Ltd. announced yesterday that Mr. Richardson had taken up the post on November 7, replacing Jeff Hamill, who has moved to the Cayman Islands to run KeyTech affiliate WestTel Communications.

Mr. Richardson, who was executive vice president for retail banking and lending, said he aimed to build market share for the Island's leading Internet service provider through being customer focused.

He said: "Recent innovations, such as our unlimited long distance plan, our Internet and long distance packages, our Internet cafe and customer service centre on Burnaby (Street)are proving to be advantages."
