Police believe the burglar entered through an insecure door. He then stole the occupant's wallet from a bureau in the bedroom while the man slept.

The brazen thief also grabbed the man's helmet and bike keys from a jacket pocket and rode away into the night.

A pair of jeans and a sweatshirt were also taken but later found outside. Cash and personal items were in the stolen wallet. Investigations are underway.

The complainant apparently left the purse unattended for a short period on Thursday night, and around midnight noticed that it was missing. The bag contained a wallet, cash and other personal items.

The complainants arrived home to find that someone had entered using force and removed a piggy bank containing change, an amount of cash, a portable CD player and items of jewellery.

TV TAKEN FROM UNOCCUPIED HOME CRM TV taken from unoccupied home A thief broke into a residence located on Montpelier Road in Paget over the last week.

The complainant said that the home had been unoccupied since the previous weekend, and on Thursday afternoon, he found signs that someone had gained entry through force.

Once inside the residence the culprit removed several items, including two televisions, a VCR and a portable stereo.
