Dear Sir,

I feel compelled to write this letter. There are constant reminders of the Covid-19 rules: wash your hands, wear your mask and practise social distancing.

But do you know there is another way that Covid-19 can spread? Very often, I encounter people leaning out of car windows to spit, of people just walking along the streets, doing the same thing. This is very unhealthy.

If these persons are Covid-19 positive, can you imagine the spread, as this virus is airborne. Perhaps if it is a good idea to always carry disposal bags, should you need to spit. Let’s be thoughtful, careful and stop the spread.
