The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index gained 11.10 points yesterday to close at 3,319.94. Investors of Butterfield Bank pushed down the price 25 cents to close at $41.50 after trading 4,420 shares.

Bermuda Bakery and Bermuda Container Line Ltd. both closed unchanged after investors traded 1,200 shares of Bermuda Bakery at $65 and 100 shares of BCL at a price of $12.50.
