This photograph of the Yellow Hooded Bandit was taken by an unsuspecting woman as he pounced naked from behind trees, wearing nothing but a yellow mask, and exposed himself.

He has targeted a number of women in the Horseshoe Bay area of Southampton during recent months and officers are warning people to be on their guard, and appealing for information.

The last time the flasher struck was on Tuesday this week at about 3.15 p.m.

The man was wearing nothing but a sack over his head when he flashed at a shocked woman in broad daylight as she travelled up Horseshoe Bay Road.

The man jumped out from behind a tree and waved at her, before running back into the trees.

"The suspect was completely naked, except for a yellow sack covering his head with eye holes cut out," said a Police spokesman.

"Bermuda Police Service is reporting increased reports of a man flashing women on the South Shore. These incidents have occurred sporadically since April of this year with the most recent incident taking place on Tuesday.

"The man's description is consistent with that of previous complainants. The suspect usually is completely naked, except he wears a yellow hood covering his head.

"Police are asking for anyone that may have any information on the identity of this man to contact Inspector Nick Pedro at Central CID."

The man has been described as being between five feet 11 inches and six feet two inches tall, of strong build, with light brown skin or possibly of Portuguese descent.
