Driving ban for Devonshire man

A cobbler was fined $1,000 and disqualified from driving all vehicles for 12 months in Magistrates? Court yesterday.
Rick Court, 31, of Kilderry Lane, Devonshire, pleaded guilty in Magistrates? Court to driving while impaired on Cavendish Road on September 15.
Crown counsel Wayne Caines said Court was pulled over because he failed to stop at a stop sign. Court?s lowest breathalyser reading was 225 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
