A report published on September 20 detailed the conviction and fine of Nakia Smith, 31, of Woodlands Road, Pembroke. During a Magistrates' Court hearing, she admitted assaulting a Police officer and using offensive words. It was incorrectly reported that she was represented by defence lawyer Edward King. In fact, her lawyer was Edward Bailey. The Royal Gazette apologises for the error.
