The President of the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce was one of a dozen volunteers who took to the barber's chair for the very public shaving, at rush-hour yesterday morning.

Others who braved the looks of passing motorists, included Mr. Keith Jensen, the Royal Gazette's general manager, Tourism Minister the Hon. David Dodwell, and Mr. Rick Richardson, general manager of Bermuda Broadcasting Co.

The event was organised by Brut, to raise awareness of the Faberge Brut Gold Cup sailing and to raise cash for the Bermuda Heart Foundation, Bermuda Diabetes Association and the Bermuda Special Olympics.
