Murder accused in court

A 21-year-old man appeared in Magistrates' Court yesterday charged with murder.Coleridge Narado Hayward, of no fixed abode, was charged with the murder of Cornell Jones on or about March 17, in Paget. The matter will be dealt with in Supreme Court.

Coleridge Narado Hayward, of no fixed abode, was charged with the murder of Cornell Jones on or about March 17, in Paget. The matter will be dealt with in Supreme Court.
Acting Director of Public Prosecutions Kulandra Ratneser asked that Hayward be remanded in custody; defence lawyer Peter Farge made no application for bail.
Acting Senior Magistrate Carlisle Greaves remanded Hayward in custody until he appears in Court again on April 7.
The body of Mr. Jones, 47, was found last Wednesday in a derelict house on Valley Road, Paget.
