When Dean Lightbourne takes to the bowling lanes, whether it be locally or overseas, you cannot help but admire his special talent.
Once again Lightbourne continued his awesome prominence in the bowling arena.
This time in a tournament in Cincinnati, where he is competing with four other Bermudians, Antoine Jones, Steven Riley, Chris Leverock and Calvin (Roth) Basden.
While team-mates Jones and Riley had to be proud of their performances thus far, Lightbourne's prowess has captured the attention of bowlers and spectators alike.
On Sunday, Lightbourne set a three-game series tournament record when he shot an 827 series from games of 300, 265 and 262.
This record was previously held by current US Masters champion and professional bowler Steve Fehr.
What made the series all the more outstanding was that Lightbourne completed a career hat-trick of perfect games. He threw 33 out of a possible 36 strikes in a three-game set.
On the same day Lightbourne also recorded games of 298, two pins short of another perfect game, 212 and 224 for a creditable 734 series.
