A 25-year-old man was approached by two thugs on motorcycle and robbed of his wallet and BlackBerry cellphone.

A Police spokesman said the victim was walking along Gorham Road, in Pembroke, when he was accosted by the two men. One of the suspects brandished a bladed article, however, the victim, from Paget, was not harmed in the attack.

The culprits are described as two light brown skinned men, with the main suspect described as being 5ft 9 in to 5ft 11 in.

Police are appealing for anyone with any information to contact the Hamilton Criminal Investigation Unit on 295-0011.
