Middle Road in Warwick early on Friday morning.

Police said the 50-year-old victim reported that around 2.50 a.m. she was riding on Middle Road near the PHC stadium when a youth on a cycle forced her off the road.

He allegedly threatened her at knife point and rode off after she handed him a small quantity of cash.

The victim was not physically injured as a result of the ordeal. Inquiries are continuing and witnesses are asked to contact Somerset CID on 234-1010.

PHONE RIPPED OUT CRM Phone ripped out Police are investigating reports that the public phone at the Belmont Dock was ripped out.

Bermuda Telephone Company reported the theft after a serviceman who went to service the phone made the discovery.

Anyone with information on the removal of this phone or the two that were recently stolen from bus shelters outside the Aquarium and Harrington Sound Primary School.

YOUTHS TARGET WOMAN CRM Youths target woman A Devonshire woman claims two youths tried to pull her off her cycle as she stopped at a town centre junction on Saturday night.

The woman told Police that one youth approached her at the junction of Happy Valley Road and Shelton Road at about 9.20 p.m. and, calling to a friend, tried to shove her off her vehicle. She ordered the youths to stop and was eventually able to ride off.

UNLOCKED CAR RAIDED CRM Unlocked car raided Police received reports from a 35-year-old Pembroke man that a thief stole equipment from his unlocked car last Wednesday night.

Police said the man left his car unlocked in his yard and discovered the following morning that someone took a JVC CD player, a bucket containing car cleaning equipment and some loose change from the ash tray.

Police have advised the public about securing their homes during the Christmas season after an incident this weekend.

A Warwick couple reported that someone entered their home three times on Sunday.

The couple heard noises at their door and secured it with a deadbolt after finding it ajar.

They heard more noises a few hours later and discovered the door ajar again.

After a third instance they contacted Police.

Police advise everyone that they are to be alert and aware as thieves may be about during the Christmas season and looking for an opportunity even when they are home.
