after he swore at a Police prosecutor.

Sgt. John Dale was reading out charges against Fitzgerald Richardson of 34 Ewing Street, Pembroke when the incident took place.

He told the court Richardson entered Chopsticks Restaurant, on Reid Street, on April 19 and asked a cashier to change a $100 bill.

The woman took the money out of the register and passed it to Richardson and took the folded bill as Richardson ran out of the restaurant.

Sgt. Dale said when the cashier opened the money she found that it was torn in half.

At this point Richardson shouted out in court,"You are a liar.'' He also used offensive words.

Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis ordered Richardson to leave the court room. The case will resume tomorrow in Magistrates' Court.
