Lancashire Holdings Ltd. has applied to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of shares.

The application is for one million common shares of 50 cents each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List on issuance.

The application has been made in connection with Lancashire's Long Term Incentive Plan, Restricted Share Scheme and warrant schemes. The shares will rank in step with the existing issued shares of the company.
