A 44-year-old Pembroke man who suffered head injuries in a road traffic accident on Saturday has been moved to a general ward at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.

Police said the man lost control of his motorcycle as he tried to turn a corner on Malabar Road, Sandys.

Inquiries into the accident are underway.
