Police rescind parking tickets given in error
A Devonshire man was arrested on Wednesday night for possession of a stun gun.
At 11.25 p.m. on Wednesday, Police on Coopers Island Road in St. George?s stopped a car for a routine check. After the driver stepped out of the car, Police noticed the stun gun underneath the front seat.
The 26-year-old driver was subsequently arrested for possession of a prohibited weapon.
Gold chain stolen from Pembroke home
A 52-year-old Pembroke man was arrested on Tuesday for suspicion of stealing a motorcycle.
Police received a reported sighting ? by the owner ? of a stolen motorcycle at North Village Community Club field, in Pembroke. The complainants cycle was stolen on July 27.
Police went to the club and arrested the Pembroke man, who was taken to Hamilton Police Station where he was searched and detained.
