Bus and bike collision causes brief traffic jam

Fender bender: Police write down information for their report after a Yamaha V50 cycle collided with the side of a bus near the junction of Cedar Avenue and Marsh Folly Road Tuesday afternoon luckily there were no injuries.
A bus and a motorcycle collided yesterday afternoon causing a small traffic build-up.The bus collided with the motorcycle at the junction of Marsh Folly Road and Cedar Avenue and according to the bike rider, Steven Rodrigues,17, of Devonshire, he had stopped parallel to a car at the traffic lights travelling into Hamilton on Marsh Folly Road when the bus, which was travelling out of Hamilton on Cedar Avenue, collided with him causing him to hit the car beside him.His bike had minor damages and Mr. Rodrigues had a minor injury to his foot. The car was not damaged.

The bus operator, who declined to give their name, said: "Basically he (Mr. Rodrigues) was parked beside the car, I came around the corner and we collided."
