Animal & Garden House, the retailer of garden and pet products, from wholesaler Winter-Cookson, Petty.

When the deal becomes effective on February 1, Animal & Garden House will open at Rite Way's premises in Cemetery Road, Pembroke -- next door to A&GH's previous location.

Rite Way (formerly Cabral's Mill) will retain the services of three of A&GH's staff, including store manager Mrs. Debbie Biermann, who will continue to run the store on a day-to-day basis.

Rite Way's vice president Ms Susan Cabral, whose father Mr. C. Abel Cabral owns the company, will be responsible for the administrative side of A&GH.

Ms Cabral said that the level of service at the new A&GH will remain unchanged.

"Inventory levels will remain constant and there are plans to extend certain lines over the coming months to include a variety of additional products,'' she said.
