Two Pembroke residents yesterday denied charges of cannabis possession with intent to supply and possession of an electronic scale and scissors linked to the drug.

Danniqua Rogers and Devon Burgess will be tried in Magistrates' Court on July 30.

Rogers, 27, said she was not guilty of possessing an electronic scale and scissors identified as drug related objects on October 4, 2002.

Burgess, 26, pleaded not guilty to charges of cannabis possession with intent to supply.

He was also told to pay an outstanding $90 traffic fine.

The pair were bailed for $1,000 each.
