Applications Board (DAB) for permission to extend the seating of its Serpentine Road premises.

The restaurant has been owned by the Burns family for some 55 years and is operated by Cyril Burn Ltd. The DAB application calls for revisions, which include additional seating capacity and alterations to the kitchen.

Manager, Ashton Peters, said, "The family is thinking about opening up a store room to make extra seating. Right now, the restaurant seats about 40 people.''
