to charges in Magistrates' Court.

Kimlo Charles Webb, 32, of Loyal Hill Road in Devonshire, pleaded not guilty to stealing a black leather knapsack and a Yamaha V80 motorcycle sometime between March 2 and March 8.

He was charged with stealing the bike valued over $1,200, receiving stolen property, a V80 motorbike -- and stealing a leather bag with personal items valued at $250.

Crown counsel Graveney Bannister said Webb was seen on the stolen bike and was allegedly riding it when the bag was claimed to have been stolen.

Prosecution has five witnesses in the case that will start at 9 a.m.. Webb was remanded in custody.
